Susan Rusea-Robinson is a dedicated New York attorney with extensive experience in business transactions. She is deeply committed to providing exceptional service and supporting her clients on their journeys to becoming successful business owners. Before founding her own firm, Susan honed her skills at an international law firm in financial transactions. Driven by the entrepreneurial spirit of those seeking ownership, she understands the diverse goals and needs of her clients, whether immigrants new to the U.S. or long-time residents. Susan adeptly navigates the complex laws and regulations of business ownership in New York.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Susan spent over a decade in mergers and acquisitions, reinsurance, and corporate governance at Fortune 500 institutions. Her roles involved coordinating reorganizations, formations, and dissolutions of legal entities, performing entity management, and drafting transaction agreements.
Susan received her Juris Doctor from New York Law School, where she was honored with the Professor Albert Kalter Award for Excellence in Tax Law.
Susan is admitted to practice law in New York State.
